We will find and arrange showings for properties that match the criteria you have selected


We will discuss both positive and negative features of each property you view that may affect its present value and future resale


We will review all property inspection reports and other documentation pertaining to the condition of the property you have selected, and disclose all physical defects of the property that are known to us.


We will thoroughly review the seller’s mandated property disclosure paperwork for disclosed problems. When problems exist we will assist you in writing remedies into the Offer to Purchase and Contract.


We will explain to you the option of an appraisal contingency


We will explain to you the option of a home warranty plan to reduce your risk of repair when purchasing a property


We will recommend that you obtain both a professional building and termite inspection. Upon receipt of these reports, we will work with you to prepare a request of repairs to present to the seller.

Fund Estimate

We will provide you with a preliminary estimate of closing costs and down payment requirements anticipated in your transaction


We will prepare a written “Offer to Purchase and Contract” of the property you choose to purchase with terms specified by you. We will present this offer to the listing agent in a timely manner.


We will accompany you on a thorough walk-through of the property prior to closing, and provide assistance to resolve any additional problems discovered.

After Sale

We will contact you after closing to follow up on any remaining details of service needs.


We will provide you with an opportunity to evaluate our services by completing a confidential survey.
